All rooms are equipped with presentation-ready laptops and projectors, dry erase boards, tables, and chairs which are on site and included in a room rental. There is ample parking in front of and behind the facility.
Please note, due to the current coronavirus regulations, rooms should not exceed half capacity and gatherings are not to exceed 50 people. All attendees should wear a face mask while using our facilities. Temperature monitoring is in place and everyone should check their temperature upon entering the building.
The Sand Room is perfect for hosting smaller gatherings. Measuring 30′ x 19′ this room is capable of holding 35 people.
The Rose Room has the same size and capacity as the Sand Room but also includes a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and microwave.
The Blue Room is perfect for classes and seminars. This room is 30′ x 40′ and able to seat 60 people. As well as a laptop and projector this room also includes surround sound and a dry erase/smartboard.
The Reception Hall is our largest room measuring 30′ x 70′ and seats 99 people. Suitable for all types of large gatherings, this room is equipped with hardwood flooring, a disco ball, and a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker). This room also has two projectors to allow for the best visibility of your presentation as well as a rolling dry erase board.
The Pavilion: Our outdoor picnic area, located directly behind the Mini-Conference Center, comes with picnic table seating for 125. Several lawn games are available to rent for an additional fee.
Depending on your needs and availability you can rent one, two, three, or all four rooms for your function. You also have the option of setting up and decorating the room(s) any way you like. A security deposit is required upon booking in order to reserve the date and payment for the room is due prior to the event.
